The activities of the firm are guided by 3 members Advisory Board. All of them are well experienced professionals in the social development sectors. Bank operation is conducted jointly.

PMID activities are divided in four sections – Administrative & Finance Section, Engineering Section, Communication & Material Development Section and Research, Evaluation & Monitoring Section. The owners/partners of PMID include senior researchers and development professionals. Besides, there are panels of professionals who are under agreement with PMID and work as consultants on project basis.  The company organogram is as follows:
